Today, the 2nd National Teachers' Forum was held in the youth center of Samarkand under the slogan "Quality education - strong society".
Governor of Samarkand region E. Turdimov, rector of Samarkand State University, professor R. Kholmurodov, rector of Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute, professor Sh. Negmatova and the most selfless and enthusiastic representatives of public education of our region, teachers took part in the forum.
"Training of qualified pedagogues working in the field of public education depends directly on pedagogical universities," the head of the region said in his speech.
In this regard, special trust was given to the Uzbek-Finland Pedagogical Institute, which is the only one not only in the Samarkand region, but also in the republic, operating on the basis of Finnish educational experience.
At the end of the event, the most devoted representatives of public education were awarded with letters of thanks and souvenirs.
