Hamza Jurayev, associate professor of the Department of "Fine Art and Engineering Graphics" of the Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute, Candidate of Art Sciences, "For International Services" established on the basis of the decision №18 was awarded a badge.
The badge was presented by Akbar Safarov, the rector of the Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute, Eldor Tatiyev, the director of the "Qo‘sh qanot" creative fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Murodjon Kushayevlar, the regional head of the Uzbek culture and art promotion center "Lifelong Heritage"
