Based on the proposal of the Ministry of Health and the Sanitary-Epidemiological tranquility and Public Health Service, the new strain of coronavirus infection is prevalent among children and young people in all higher education (public, non-governmental, private and foreign branches) and vocational institutions, academic lyceums (all forms of education and by type) from January 24 of this year, the education system will be conducted remotely (online) for a period of one month.
At the same time, based on experience, the online learning process will be organized qualitatively and all the necessary resources will be mobilized.
Railway tickets will be retained at a discount of 50% of the tariff rate, and until February 24, 2022, air and rail tickets will be exchanged free of charge for another period.
