The governor of Samarkand region, Erkinjon Turdimov, met with representatives of the education system at the National Center for Training Teachers in New Methods.
During the meeting, the work done in the region in response to the reforms in the field of education implemented in our country in the following years was analyzed.
At the meeting held in a critical and analytical spirit, improving the quality of education in schools, improving the qualifications of pedagogues, increasing the coverage of school graduates for higher education, supplying pedagogic personnel to district and city schools, as well as educational issues were discussed.
Rector of Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute Sh. Negmatova, vice-rectors, deans and department heads also participated in the meeting.
