Shahzoda Negmatova was born in 1983 in Samarkand region.
She graduated from Samarkand State University in 2005 (bachelor), and in 2012 he graduated from this university with a master's degree. His specialty is political philosophy. Doctor of philosophy, professor.
During the period of 2007-2022, he worked in the positions of graduate student, assistant, senior researcher-researcher, department head, associate professor, professor, faculty dean of Samarkand State University and gained enough experience.
Sh. Negmatova is the author of 2 textbooks, 4 educational books, 3 methodological manuals, 2 monographs, and more than 100 scientific articles.
Before his appointment, he worked as the first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual and educational affairs of Samarkand State University.
