Duties
  • Introduction and implementation of the anti-corruption “compliance control" system at the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute;
  • Prevention and fight against corruption offenses at the Institute;
  • Identification of the causes and conditions of corruption offenses in the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute;
  • Inform about the systemic problems leading to corruption in the institute, and make appropriate proposals for their elimination;
  • Ensuring the implementation of programs at the Institute aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions of corruption offenses and improving the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures;
  • Coordination of public control aimed at combating corruption in the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute. As well as conducting anti-corruption monitoring based on modern methods and information and communication technologies;
  • The study of generally recognized international standards and positive foreign experience in the field of anti-corruption and public control, as well as the development of proposals for the introduction of advanced aspects;
  • Organization and development of proposals for sociological, scientific and other studies of the state, trends and causes of corruption and the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures at the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute;
  • Ensuring the implementation of measures aimed at the implementation of the “Sphere without Corruption” project in the higher education system at the institute level;
  • Monitors compliance at the Institute with laws and regulations related to anti-corruption, as well as decisions and orders of the Board of the Ministry;
  • Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute assesses corruption risks and develops action plans to reduce them;
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures taken at the Institute;
  • Establishes effective cooperation between parents and the Department for Control and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and other state bodies and organizations engaged in anti-corruption activities.
