Born on April 10, 1969 in the village of Kurgan, Kushrabot district, Samarkand region. After graduating from high school in 1976-1986, in 1992 she successfully graduated from the institute. She worked as a labor education teacher at 11th High School. From 1998 to 2001, she taught labor education and mathematics at Samarkand Secondary School No. 37. In 2001-2004 he worked as the head of the Department of Labor Education at the Samarkand Professional Pedagogical College No. 1, in 2004-2007 she conducted scientific research work at the full-time postgraduate program at Samarkand State University. In 2008 she worked as a deputy director for methodical work at the Samarkand Professional Pedagogical College No. 1, in 2010 she worked as an assistant at the Department of General Technical Sciences,during the work process she mastered her pedagogical and professional skills. During her career, she showed that she is disciplined,striving for innovation and works on herself tirelessly and was appointed to the head of the department. R.Jiyankulova is not only a good but also qualified teacher. She regularly teaches her knowledge and practical skills to students.R.Kh. Jiyankulova improved her skills at the Tashkent State Technical University (2016), Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute (2020). At the same time, R.Kh. Jiyankulova is a specialist capable of conducting in-depth scientific research. She defended her doctoral dissertation in 2021 (PhD). Her scientific research articles have been published in a number of international and practical conferences in Russia, the United Kingdom and our country. In recent years, her good organizational skills are one of the main reasons of the rapid development of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute. During her tenure at the Institute, a number of activities have been carried out, including the improvement of technologies for the integration of national values with modern technologies, which is one of the requirements of world educational standards. In her career, R.Kh. Jiyankulova constantly works on herself, constantly improves her skills. She is insistent on herself and others, clearly defines and fulfills her goals and objectives in a timely manner, clearly defines the tasks for employees, has an initiative and creative approach to solving various problems, thus helps in creating a healthy community environment, which is the strong point in her description.
