He was born on November 2, 1976 in Toksanovul village of Ishtikhon district, Samarkand region. After graduating from high school in 1983-1993, in 1993 he was admitted to Samarkand State University, Faculty of Foreign Languages, majoring in German.
After graduating from the university in 1998, he was admitted to the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Samarkand State University on November 6, 1998.
He worked as a laboratory assistant, assistant and head of the department. During his career, he has shown that he is disciplined, thirsty for knowledge, striving for innovation and head of the department who works tirelessly on himself, and was appointed to the head of the department.
