Napasova Ugiloy Abilkasimovna was born on 3.11.1983 in the Pastdargom district of the Samarkand region.

In 1990-2001, she graduated with honors from school No. 12 of the Pastdargom district.

In 2001-2005, she graduated from the Bachelor's degree of Samara State University in Psychology.

In 2005-2021, she worked as a teacher at the Samarkand City Vocational College of Transport and Public Utilities.

2021-2022 psychologist of the Academic Lyceum of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service.

Since 2022, he has been working at the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute as a tutor.
