Today, an event entitled "Let's unite to make the new Uzbekistan a corruption-free country!" was held at the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute of SamSU named after Sharof Rashidov.The ongoing reforms in the fight against corruption in the country, as well as corruption in the higher education system were analyzed in the event, and effective measures which should be taken to combat this scourge also were discussed. The head of the Department of Anti-Corruption and Management of Compliance Control of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute named after Sharof Rashidov SamSU explained to the professors and teachers the essence of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan ''On measures to introduce a rating system for combating the effectiveness of anti-corruption work''. At the event, Ramziddin Uzokov, Investigator of the Investigation Department under the IIOFMB in Samarkand, explained in detail the content and essence of corruption crimes and the inevitability of punishment for the crimes committed.
