A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Seoul National University and the Uzbekistan-Finland Pedagogical Institute.
Within the framework of the memorandum, a number of agreements were reached on further strengthening of relations between the higher education institutions of both countries, on establishing the exchange of qualified professors and teachers, and on improving the qualifications of pedagogues.

Seoul National University (SNU), located in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, was founded in 1946, and currently more than 28,000 students study at this university. As of October 2021, Seoul National University is ranked 1st in South Korea and 36th in the world.
