Eshim Muratovich Mardanov was born on October 10, 1950 in the village of Uyurugul in Pastdargom district of  Samarkand region.In 1980-1985 he worked as a teacher at the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute, in 1985-1988 as a postgraduate student at the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute, in 1988-1992 as a teacher at the Samarkand State Pedagogical Institute. In 1992-1999 he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Probability Theory and Methods of Teaching Mathematics at Samarkand State University, in 1999-2015 he worked as a deputy dean for spiritual and educational affairs of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Samarkand State University. Since 2018, he has been working as the head of the Chair of Theory and Methodology of Preschool Education at the Faculty of Preschool Education of Samarkand State University. He was the organizer and editor of the international scientific conference organized by the faculty on the topic "Pedagogical significance of scientific and practical innovations in the development of preschool education", organized by the faculty on November 11-12, 2020.Prestigious international organizations and scientists from 14 countries of the world attended in this conference. According to the results of his research, E.M. Mardonov is the author of about 70 scientific articles, 2 educational and methodical manuals and 1 monograph, 1 bibliographic reference. During his scientific and pedagogical activity, he has published more than 10 scientific articles devoted to the in-depth study of scientific and theoretical aspects of work carried out in the field of preschool education. He is the organizer of scientific and practical seminars in Samarkand preschool educational institutions on conducting scientific and practical work with kindergarten teachers, gifted students and masters on the basis of the teacher-student system at the department.E.Mardanov gained a reputation among the university and staffs of the faculty for his initiative,actively participated in the public affairs of the region,city and university and fulfilled all the tasks assigned to him in a timely manner.He is respected among the staffs of the university as an educated, insistent and punctual employee. Married, has 4 children.
