He was born on March 19, 1983 in the Bulungur district of the Samarkand region.

In 1990-2000, he studied at secondary school No. 42 of the Bulungur district of the Samarkand region.

In 2001-2005 - graduated from the Faculty of History of the Samara State University in the direction of "Philosophy".

In 2005-2007, he completed a master's degree at the Samara State University in the specialty "Philosophy of Politics".

In 2008-2011, he completed postgraduate studies at the Samara State University in the specialty "Social Philosophy".

In 2007 - Lecturer of the Department "National idea and Philosophy" of the Faculty of History of the Samara State University.

In 2012-2015 - Deputy Dean for spiritual and educational work of the Samara State University in the direction of "Socio-political Sciences".

In 2016-2023 - lecturer of the Department of "Philosophy" of the Samara State University.

To date, about 70 scientific papers have been published, including 1 (co-authored) textbook, 1 methodological manual, 10 abstracts in prestigious journals of our republic, 3 in foreign scientific publications, 7 at international scientific conferences, 48 at scientific and practical conferences held in our republic. He supervised 18 final qualifying works.

In 2021, he defended his thesis (PhD) on the topic "The role of nationalist education of youth in the socio-philosophical heritage of Islam Karimov in social development."

Since 2023 - Head of the Magistracy Department of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute.

He is married and has three children.
