He was born on November 29, 1984 in the mahalla of Olmazor, Kattakurgan district, Samarkand region.

In 1991-1999, he was a student of secondary school No. 55 at the Department of Public Education of the Kattakurgan district.

In 1999-2002, he was a student of the Samarkand College of Economics and Mechanization in the direction of “Tax and Taxation”.

2003-2007. student of the Faculty of Physics of the Samara State University in the direction of "Electronics and Microelectronics".

In 2007, he was hired at the Samarkand City National Craft Professional College (in computer science) as a teacher of special disciplines.

In 2009, he was transferred to the position of head of the Department of Exact Sciences of the Samarkand City National Craft Professional College.

In 2010, he was transferred to the position of head of the department of 2nd year students of the same college.
