Akhmedzhanova Gulbakhor Fakhritdinovna, was born on July 4, 1965 in the city of Samarkand.
From 1971 to 1981, she studied at secondary school No. 49 named after. Zavky.

In 1982, she entered the correspondence department of the Faculty of History of the Samara State University.

From 1998 to 2002, she worked as the head of the Reference and bibliographic Department of the Scientific Library of the Samara State University.
From 2002 to 2017, she worked as the head of the branch of the Scientific Library of the Samara State University.
From 2017 to 2021, she worked as the head of the department of scientific and methodological and informational reference (periodicals) Scientific and Information Resource Center of the Samara State University.
On August 2, 2021, she began working as the director of the IRC of the Uzbek-Finnish Pedagogical Institute of Samara State University.
