Born on February 17, 1981 in Pakhtachi district of Samarkand region. After graduating from high school in 1988-1998, in 1998 he was admitted to Samarkand State University in the field of physical culture on the basis of a state grant. After graduating from the university in 2002, he began working as a teacher at the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Culture of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute. From 2004 to 2006 he studied for a master's degree at Samarkand State University. Since 2006 he has been working as an assistant at the Department of Methods of Teaching Sports at Samarkand State University.In 2011 he was the head of the chair, in 2012-2016 -Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs,in 2016-2018- Associate Professor, in 2019-2020 -Professor ,during his tenure,he showed that he is disciplined, striving for innovation and leader who works tirelessly on himself and was appointed to the head of the chair from the 2020-2021 academic year. In 2012, he defended his dissertation on "Optimization of the educational process to strengthen the contingent of students in primary training groups in children's and youth sports schools in freestyle wrestling" and received the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.On March 29, 2017 of the HAC (03 № 007802) according to protocol No. 236/1 he received an academic degree of docent.Boltayev Zayniddin Boltayevich is a member of the scientific seminar under the Academic Council DSc.27.06.2017.Ped.28.01, awarding degrees at the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports. Boltayev Zayniddin Boltayevich is a candidate for master of sports in volleyball. He is also the coach of the boys' volleyball team of our region. Students of higher and secondary special educational institutions of Uzbekistan regularly take part in the championship of the Republican Sports Association "Student" and win prizes.Untill this day, Boltayev Zayniddin Boltayevich has prepared 4 textbooks, 3 educational manuals, 1 methodical manual, 3 monographs, more than 90 scientific articles and applied them in the educational process. In addition, he regularly participates in international conferences and scientific and practical journals with his articles in the republic, and provides practical assistance to the development of physical culture and sports. Zayniddin Boltayev is respected among the staffs of the Samarkand Regional Department of Physical Culture and Sports for his experience in physical culture and sports, political literacy, humility, honest man, good head of the family. Married,has 3 children.
