A history of school


     History of establishment of the 36th general secondary school of Samarkand district.In 1913-1917, the 36th general secondary school was built in Samarkand district. Launched as a school, the school began teaching in 1927. The school started as a 4-year school and later a 7-year school. During these years, H. Soliev worked as a director at the school. After that, Akhmadjanov Makhmud also worked as a director. At the same time, an evening school was opened. As a result of the increase in the number of students at the school, another branch of the school was also opened. The branch was used as a dormitory for those evacuated during World War II. In 1953, the school was headed by Yakhshiyev Masud. At the same time, Rashid Turdiyev and Zukhra Quddusova were directors of the school. Since 2005, Isroilov Azamat has been working as a school director. The new school building was built in 2007. In 2012-2013, Burkhanov worked as a director. In 2014-2018, Valikhodjayev Feruz Abdurashidov Tokhtamurod has been working as a school director since January 2018. The current school building has modern classrooms, laboratory equipments, a computer, a library and a gym, and the school is surrounded by lush greenery and fruit trees and flowers. Over the years, a number of dedicated educators have made significant contributions to the school’s educational work and development.
